06ba6570f8 bench: the TLS splice() threshold, 4K against 8K and 16K 
New TLS scenarios with 2000 clients, a 2K POST and a 50K answer each.
Over 20, 10 and 5 Mbit/s links the default 4K is as good as 8K and 16K,
a little better at 5 Mbit/s: it stays.
