Michael Adam 4b75b634d9 upstream: clarify debug messages
There are frequent questions "what does 'No proxy for ...' mean?"
on the mailing list and IRC. Be more specific. (No upstream proxy ...)
Correspondingly, log "Found upstream proxy ... for ..."
